EasyDesk Helpdesk is a call logging utility developed by Ziggyred Software. The application has a size of less that 5 MB, however, it does provide all the basic functionality expected from a call logger. Ziggyred software probably meant to provide a small application that simple customer service departments can handle, without need to spend much money for that.
You can create contacts for your customers and log their calls, which allows you to write all the call-related notes and the actions taken by the customer service department.
Easydesk Helpdesk runs with a very low resource intake, allowing low-end computers to run the software, which is another plus for small companies. One of the nice things about this is that the call logger actually offers a shared database, so this database can be stored on a hard drive or a shared resource. This allows several customer service representatives to log into the same database from different computers using Easydesk Helpdesk. However, once you need to resolve a scalable problem that can adapt to the growth and needs of your company, EasyDesk Helpdesk might not help, as it is somewhat limited.
